Minutes Holden Finance Committee April 18, 2012, HMLD
Members Present:

Also Present:
Nancy Galkowski, Town Manager, Jacquie Kelly, Asst. Town Manager, John Woodsmall, DPW Director, Selectmen Ken O’Brien, Anthony Renzoni
The meeting was called to order at 7:03.
John Woodsmall answered questions on the DPW Budget, the DPW Depreciation Fund and the W/S Enterprise Fund.
Nancy has talked with Department Heads about cuts to the Municipal Budget necessary to meet the dollars in the WRSD Assessment Letter.
Karl reported that the traffic lights at the Public Safety Building are working correctly.
The meeting adjourned at 9:25.
